On rare occasions, certain system modules may appear missing or no longer available.
When this condition arises, the RazorRez Call Center Application has entered automatic "Deactivation Sequence Mode". Deactivation Sequence Mode automatically activates due to an expired monthly, quarterly, or yearly licensing renewal as follows;
Sequence 1; Administration modules have deactivated prohibiting adding or editing system setup data.
All other system modules excluding Administration modules continue to function as is.
Sequence 1 deactivation occurs on the 11th calendar day after monthly, quarterly, or yearly licensing renewals have expired.
Sequence 2; Accounting modules are deactivated prohibiting Accounting features and functionality.
All other system modules excluding Administration and Accounting modules continue to function as is.
Sequence 2 deactivation occurs on the 31st calendar day after monthly, quarterly, or yearly licensing renewals have expired.
Sequence 3; Reservations modules are deactivated prohibiting adding Call Center Reservations, editing Call Center Reservations, editing Api Reservations and editing Point Of Sales transactions. Adding Api Reservations, adding Point Of Sales transactions and all other system modules excluding Call Center Reservations, Administration and Accounting modules continue to function as is.
Sequence 3 deactivation occurs on the 61st calendar day after monthly, quarterly, or yearly licensing renewals have expired.
As a professional courtesy, RazorRez has designed a 3-phase time-delayed deactivation approach to provide clients with the requisite time to extract pertinent information and data from the systems. The RazorRez Technical Team is also available to provide data services as part of our Professional Services Offerings.
