The Knowledge Base is a single source to search all product information including knowledge articles, user guides, release notes and training videos (coming soon), making it a great place to troubleshoot issues. It allows you to search by queries containing unique keywords, symptoms or details, filter results, view, rate, email and print articles and you can even propose an article to be written. Because of the wealth of information, the Knowledge Base is the first place our internal support staff goes to for existing documentation when assisting our customers.
