1). Support and/or technical service hour(s) require prepayment prior to any services performed or delivered.
2). Support and/or technical service hour(s) based on services performed Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, 

     Pacific Standard Time. After hours, weekends and holidays will be billed at 1.5 hours per 1.0 technical service

     hour utilized.
